I dread having to book flights with BA as the site is so user unfriendly. Whatever you do, don't book through a third party. This afternoon, I went through the BA website booking process to buy four return tickets from Canada to Rome.
Everything seemed fine, I entered my credit card information, and shortly after I got an"error" message saying to try again later. There was another message stating that BA strongly recommended contacting their staff.

British Airways system. Feb 05, It would be a lot more expensive for BA to have customers phone up and make enquiries and need to speak to real people!! Why would BA stop you from making a purchase, particulary in these cases where they can track who's making the enquiry via their BAEC number?
